Return & Refund Policy

At AWW Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering every fragrance. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once they have been opened or used. We only accept returns in the following situations:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• You received an incomplete order.
• The product was damaged during transit.

To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The original packaging, box, labels, and accessories must be intact.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
• Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue may be required for verification.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened perfume bottles or used products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products without original packaging.
• Gift cards (if applicable).
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method generally within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement if the wrong product was delivered, the product arrived damaged, or the item is defective upon delivery. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number and provide clear photographs or an unboxing video. Do not use or discard the product until the issue has been reviewed.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If the return is approved due to our error, AWW Perfumes will bear the return shipping costs. For returns not caused by our error (where applicable), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
